Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 cups almond flour (ground flour)
• 1/3 cup sliced almond toasted
• 3/4 tsp. Salt
• 1/4 tsp. Baking powder
• 1/8 tsp. Baking soda
• 4 egss
• 1 1/4 cups plus 1 tbsp. Sugar, divided
• 1 tsp. Vanilla extract or almond extract
• 1 tbsp. Plus 1/2 tsp. Lemon zest
(2 lemons), divided
• 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
• 1/3 cup vegetable oil or canola oil
• powder sugar for toppings

• Preheat oven to 340(170C) . Grease 9-inch round cake pan and line with parchment paper. Bake for approximately 30-35 minutes or until skewer inserted comes out clean.

• Sprinkle powder sugar on top!
