How to make your turkey Italian:

Ingredients

1lb of Ground Italian Turkey from Publix
1/2 tsp of garlic powder
1/2 tsp of onion powder

1/2 cup of Italian breadcrumbs:

2 Tbs of Emeril Italian Seasoning:

1 egg
1/2 cup of grated or shredded Parmasean
Cheese
1-2 16oz. of Prego Traditional Sauce
3-5 slices of Mozzarella Cheese (optoinal)

Items needed:

Non-stick cooking spray
Cookie sheet or baking sheet
Parchment paper
Mixing bows
Mixing spoon
Tongs
Large pot
Baking dish

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray with non-stick spray.

In a large mixing bowl, mix the ground turkey, garlic powder, onion powder, breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning, egg, and cheese.
mix the ingredients until evenly combined, being careful not to over-mix the ingredients.

Using a spoon, scoop and roll the mixture into 2-tablespoon balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet. 

Bake for 15-17 minutes.
