Day 2 of my Food & Wine Festival travel journey and today we’re going to Morocco, Italy and Kenya. I’ve chosen to structure my menu in the Italian tradition as I have quite a history with Italy and all things Italian. It is my personal preference to enjoy food in this way whenever I have an Italian dish. Mangiamo!
