Butter garlic pasta is a super easy, quick 15 minute recipe to fill up our bellies and tingle our taste buds. Give it a try!

Ingredients:
Pasta – 1 bowl (boiled)
Pasta water – 1 cup
Baby tomatoes – 1/2 cup (split in half)
Basil – 1/2 cup (chopped)
Oregano – 1 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Chilli Flakes – 1 tsp
Peri peri Masala – 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
Cheese – 1 cube (grated)
Garlic – 8-10 (chopped)
Butter – 3 tbsp

Steps:
1. Heat the pan on medium flame and add 3 tbsp butter. Let it melt and make it slightly brown.
2. Continuously stir the butter to avoid it from getting burnt.
3. Once the butter is ready, add 8-10 garlic (chopped). Stir continuously and don’t let the garlic burn. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
4. Add 1 cup pasta water and cook for a minute.
5. Then add 1 cube grated cheese to make the sauce thicker and cook for 2 minutes.
6. Add 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp chilli flakes, 1 tsp black pepper powder and 1/2 tsp peri peri masala. Mix everything together.
7. Add 1/2 cup diced baby Tomatoes and coat them nicely.
8. Add the boiled pasta and gently mix it with the sauce.
9. Add 1/2 cup basil leaves (chopped) and mix well.
10. Cover with a lid for 2 minutes.
Butter garlic pasta is now ready.
