But now let’s see how to make Herbed chicken nuggets.
Ingredients (for 4 people):
1 shallot
2 small branches of thyme
A little bit of oregano
A little bit of marjoram
1 small branch of rosemary
2 onions
50 g of extra virgin olive oil
600 g of chicken breast
A little bit of flour
100 g white wine
Salt
Black Pepper

Method:
With a blender, mix the shallow (better if you blend them), the thyme, the oregano and the marjoram and put them apart.
Cut the onion in rounds. In a pan, brown the onions in a thread of oil. Cook it on low heat.
In the meantime, cut the chicken in pieces (not too small). Flour them, and brown them on a pan on high heat in a thread of oil.
Add the wine and cook it on high heath to evaporate the alcoholic solution.
Add the mixture of herbs, salt, and pepper.
Cover the pan and cook on low heat for 10 min. Mix from time to time. If the mixture results too dry, then add some water. Conversely, if it results too watery, then let some water to evaporate.
Enjoy! Buon appetito!
