This vegetarian lasagna recipe follows all the authentic methods of a traditional Italian Lasagna, just leaves out the meat.

Lasagna comprises of a few basic parts (cheese, pasta, tomato sauce, bechamel sauce) all layered on top of each other and baked to perfection.
Such a simple recipe to follow. It may take a bit longer than you may be used to, but to hit that authentic Italian deliciousness… It’s well worth it.

Part of being Kosher means that we cannot mix meat and dairy. So we end up having meat or vegetarian recipes. In a traditional Italian Lasagna there would be meat in the tomato sauce, but keeping it kosher, we opted out for the meat, but kept everything else… 100% authentic. So, here is our incredible Italian vegetarian lasagna recipe.
