Italian Sausage with Peppers

Ingredients

1 pound Italian sausages
3 medium bell peppers, yellow, red and green, julienned
1/2 sliced onion
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 cup marinara sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Slice sausages. Add 1/2 tbsp olive oil to large skillet over medium heat, Toss in sausage and cook about 10 minutes.

Slice peppers and onions while sausage is cooking. Slice garlic.

Remove sausage from pan and set aside.

Add 1/2 tbsp oil to pan. Saute the vegetables with the garlic for about 6 to 8 minutes. Add sausage back to the pan, Then pour in marinara sauce, simmer about 3 to 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper if desired Serve immediately.
