Ingredients;
1 tbsp.
extra-virgin olive oil

onion, chopped
1
carrot, peeled and finely chopped
1
stalk celery, finely chopped
1 lb.
ground beef
2
cloves garlic, minced
1/2 c.
red wine
1
(15-oz.) can crushed tomatoes
3 tbsp.
tomato paste
bay leaf
1/2 beef cubes or chicken stocks
ground black pepper to taste
Ingredients;
1 Batch production
10kilo fresh ground beef
1/2 kilo carrots
120grams white onion
4pcs stalk celery
Blend all together
1,200 kilo tomato paste
4,400kilo tomato crushed tomato peeled Pelate sauce
1bottle red wine
8pcs bayleaf
5grams fresh rosemary leaves
180 grams beef stocks or
12pcs beef cubes
5grams salt
5grams Black pepper
