[True Italian Taste] Cooking Class: "Emilia Romagna, il territorio e i suoi prodotti” @ Via Emilia

The Thai-Italian Chamber of Commerce (#TICC) is glad to share the video of the Cooking Masterclass “Emilia Romagna, il territorio e i suoi prodotti” (in English: Discovering Emilia Romagna Region in its traditional dishes), in collaboration with #Assocamerestero, under the worldwide authentic Italian food and beverage promotion of True Italian Taste.

#TrueItalianTaste project is entirely promoted and funded by MAECI – Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.

The Cooking Masterclass is led by Chef Stefano Merlo of Via Emilia Restaurant in Bangkok, with the participation of Mr. Andrea Bernardi, Restaurant Owner.

The influencers have prepared the following Italian dishes:
– Passatelli in brodo con parmigiano,
– Strozzapreti al sugo di mazzancolle,
– Piadina tricolore.

The event was held on June 29, 2021 at Via Emilia Restaurant in Bangkok.
