Tomato Chicken Pasta Ingredients:
• 3 tbsp oil
• 1 Chicken Breast (Chopped)
• 1 tsp black pepper powder
• Salt to taste
• 1 onion
• 1.5 tsp, finely chopped garlic
• 1 tsp red pepper flakes
• 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
• 1.5 cups Fresh tomato, pureed
• 1/4 cup tomato sauce
• 1 tsp black pepper powder
• Salt to taste
• 1/4 cup heavy cream
• Fresh spinach (100 gram)
Method:
1. Cook pasta in salted water. Drain, rinse with cold water. Set it aside.
2. Heat a skillet with 3 tbsp oil.
3. Add chicken, season it with salt and pepper.
4. Cook until the chicken is completely cooked. Remove it on a plate.
5. In the same pan, add onion and cook until translucent.
6. Add garlic, red pepper flakes, and Italian seasoning. Saute it for 30 seconds.
7. Add fresh tomato puree, tomato sauce, pepper, and salt. Stir to combine. Let it cook until the sauce comes to a boil.
8. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Add cream and stir continuously until it combines with the sauce. Cook until it comes to a boil again.
9. Add the cooked chicken and spinach. Cook until the spinach wilts.
10. Add the cooked pasta. Combine pasta with the sauce.
11. Serve tomato chicken pasta immediately with grated parmesan cheese.
Cooking tips:
• Cook pasta in salted water until al-dente.
• Do not overcook the chicken.
