RECIPE

Ingredients:

Chocolate chip gelato (or ice-cream), and flavor
4 oz. Coffee or Espresso, hot
Dark chocolate, shaved
Biscotti, crumbled
Amaretto Liqueur, optional

Directions:

Scoop gelato into a chilled glass. Shave dark chocolate on top and pour hot coffee on gelato. Add a splash of amaretto liqueur and sprinkle some crumbled biscotti. Serve immediately.
