*Ingredients:
100g Potato
80g Red pepper
80g Green pepper
80g Yellow pepper
80g Onion
30g Green onion
4g (1tsp) Salt
1pc (50g+-) Egg
12g (1tbsp) Sugar
3g (1tsp) Instant yeast
160ml (0.66cup) Lukewarm milk
250g (1.6cup) Bread flour
30ml (2tbsp) Cooking oil
Mozzarella cheese
Cheery tomato
Mold size : 23cm
Preheat the Oven at 210°C (410°F) bake for 20 minutes
