* Ingredients for the dough *
– 500 g (4 cups) of all-purpose flour
– 3 tbs of EVO oil
– a handful of salt
– 250/300 ml (1/1.5 cup) of water
(you can use shortcrust pastry from the grocery store)
* Ingredients for the filling *
– 200 g (1 cup) of fresh spinach
– 880 g (7 cups) of small artichokes
– 250 g (2 cups) of fresh ricotta
– fresh marjoram
– 3 large eggs
– EVO oil
– salt
– 4 eggs (to use at the border of the pie)
