today I am sharing very yummy and traditional Italian recepie of spaghetti Bolognese.for this we have to prepare bolognese sauce first
ingredients for Bolognese sauce:
onion chopped. 1
garlic chopped 3 cloves
chilli powder. 1 tsp
black pepper 1 tsp
salt. to taste
dried oregano 1/2 tsp
mixed herbs. 1/4 tsp
thyme. 1/2 tsp
tomatoes. 240g chopped
minced beef. 500g
mix vegetables 1 cup
milk 1/2 cup
Method

-stir fry onion and garlic
-add minced beef and cook for 10 minutes
-add dry ingredients
-put mix vegetables, tomato paste and chopped tomatoes in it
-add milk and cover with lid for 45 min
-after that add pasta water and cover for one hour at least at low flame
-ideally 4 to 6 hours
-boil the spaghetti
-put hot Bolognese sauce on the spaghetti
-enjoy the delicious dinner recipe by chaska corner
it is very healthy and delicious food for dinner as well as for lunch also.
