RECIPE
Ingredients:
Vanilla bean gelato*
Pizzelle
Sprinkles
Mini chocolate chips
*you can substitute for any flavor gelato you’d like. You can also substitute for ice cream instead too.
Directions:
Allow the gelato to soften a bit, then spread and sandwich between two pizzelle cookies. Dip in your favorite topping(s), then freeze for 30 minutes to set. Serve when ready.
