RECIPE

Ingredients:

1 (15 ounce) can of cannellini beans, drained & rinsed
1 garlic clove
2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup Italian parsley, roughly chopped
Salt & black pepper, to taste

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until the mixture is smooth. Transfer the bean purée to a small bowl and serve.
