INGREDIENTS:
•. 9 Organic lemons
• 1 Lt Vodka
•. Custard Sugar
Cooking Method:
•. Peel 9 organic lemons.Make sure you peel only
the yellow skin without getting the white part of
lemon
• Place the lemon zest into the jar.Squeeze the 9
lemons to get the juice
•. Place the lemon juice in the saucepan with a cup
1 1/4 cup of custard sugar in a slow heat until the
the sugar make it clear
•. Pour the 1lt of vodka in the jar of lemon zest and
the juice in the saucepan
•. Mix the limoncello really well
• Fill up empty glass bottles with limoncello
