Chicken breasts, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese and bread crumbs.
Cut two chicken breasts in half, season with garlic salt, salt and pepper. Put a lid full of oil in the frying pan and cook until the chicken browns on each side. Cut into pieces when fully cooked, let them cook for a minute then turn off the heat and remove them from the pan.
Pour half and half into a pot on the stove and cook on medium heat, add in about half a cup of mozzarella cheese, a shake of Parmesan cheese, two table spoons of butter, a few shakes of garlic salt and regular salt. Stir until the cheese melts and mixes with the sauce then turn the burner off.
Pour some Italian bread crumbs into a frying pan with a table spoon of butter and cook on medium heat while stirring around the bread crumbs until mixed with the butter and when they are crunchy, turn the heat off.
Pour the sauce over the plated chicken, add the bread crumbs and sprinkle some parsley flakes for presentation and enjoy.
I had a Romain lettuce salad as the side dish.
