Since coming back from Italy, Trish has been on the hunt for the most authentic Italian food in Southern California. We have been to handful of places since then, but no luck. She had found this place in Santa Monica called Eataly, which was a market for Italian things as well as a handful of restaurants. We decided to make the trip, which was about an hour away, and give it a try.
