Ingredients:
8-10 Mushrooms
1-2 small Onions, sliced
2 medium Tomatoes
3-4 tbsp Oil
2-3 cloves Garlic, chopped (if required)
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
150 gms Spaghetti
Cheese 1-2 cubes
Schezwan Chutney
Red Chili Sauce

Method of preparation:
Boil spaghetti according to packet instruction. Once done keep aside and rinse extra water.
Wash the mushrooms and put them in boiling water for 2 mins, this will get rid of any bacteria.
Slice the mushrooms.
Chop the onions, tomatoes and grind to make thick paste.
Pour the Puree in a heated pan and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add salt and Black pepper powder to taste.
Add mushroom to the puree and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
Add the cooked spaghetti and mix well.
Serve while hot.
