Ingredients
For Boiling Lasagne Sheets:
-Lasagne Sheets 7-8
-Water as required
-Namak (Salt) 1 tbsp
-Oil 1tbsp
For Red Sauce:
-Mutton Mince 300gm
-Oil 2 tbsp
-Onion 2 medium size fine chopped
-Tomatoes Paste 2-3 Medium size
-Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Tbsp
-Chilli Flakes 1&½ Tbsp
-Black Powder ½ Tbsp
-Chat Masala ½ Tbsp
-Mix Masla ½ Tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ Tbsp or To Taste
-ketchup ½ cup
-Vinegar 1 Tbsp
-Soya Sauce 1 Tbsp
-Hot Sauce ½ Tbsp
-Oyster Sauce ½ Tbsp
For White Sauce:
-Makkan (Butter) 2 tbsp
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbsp
-Milk 1 cup
-Fresh Cream 3tbsp
-Cheese (Mozzarella Cheddar)
-Kali Mirch Powder (Black Pepper Powder) ½ Tbsp
– Namak (Salt) ½ Tsp or To Taste/as Needed
For layers
– Mozeralla & Cheddar Cheese
– Capsicum
– Olives
