How to prepare a homemade pizza with prosciutto crudo & pesto in a standard kitchen oven
Ingredients for 4 persons:
350 g of Italian flour (tipo 00)
250 ml of warm water
250 ml of passata (thick Italian tomato juice)
100 g of Prosciutto crudo
50 g Parmigiano Reggiano flakes
50 g of pesto genovese
5 g of yeast
oregano
salt
pepper
sugar
some basil leaves
olive oil

A detailed video guide on how to prepare a homemade pizza in a standard kitchen oven. This recipe is focusing on a highly hydrated dough. The result is an extremely thin and crispy pizza crust, very light and easy to digest.

Baking time is 30 minutes in a 200 degrees Celsius oven.
