Ingredients (serve 4)
-150 grams / 5.3 oz blue cheese
-50 grams/ 1.8 oz Parmesan cheese
-50 grams/ 1.8 oz mature cheddar
-1 cup whole milk
-300 grams/ 10.6 oz macaroni pasta
-sprinkle of nutmeg
