Creamy Italian Sausage Pasta
Here we go again with a pasta dish or can we call it a salad dish. Whatever you want to call it, you know it will be an excellent recipe.
Here, I did not slice the sausage, for instead, I break it down into pieces so it can blend better into the sauce and the pasta.
Any way you have it will be a great surprise for your friends and family. Remember to make extra because it will go fast.

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs – Italian sausage, skin removed
2 tbsp. – Olive oil
1 tbsp. – Oregano dried
1 tbsp. – Garlic, mashed
1/2 cup – White wine
1/2 cup – Red onion, finely chopped
1 cup – Green peas
1 cup – Cherry tomatoes
1 1/2 cup – Mushrooms, sliced
3/4 cup – Heavy cream
1/2 cup – Parmesan cheese, grated
Milk as needed
Salt and pepper as needed
Topping – Chopped parsley
