Gabriele Lamonaca is a Roman-style pizzaiolo and founder of Unregular Pizza in NYC. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Gabriele found himself at home and without a job. He decided to spread his love of pizza by cooking up pies at home, piling them high with gourmet, Italian-imported toppings, and bartering for them with his friends and neighbors. After a year of cooking in his apartment, Gabriele achieves his dream of opening up a pizzeria in NYC.
