Trying out Italian dishes at home? While the Italian way of cooking lasagna requires a lot of time, this Italian Chicken Lasagna recipe is an easy version but is still rich and creamy with tender chicken, salty parmesan, and mozzarella cheese that just melts perfectly together!

Ingredients:
8 oz ground chicken
2 tbsp olive oil
7 oz lasagna noodles, roughly 8 pieces, uncooked
1 egg, beaten
1 cup mascarpone cheese
¾ tsp salt
¼ tsp ground black pepper
¼ cup parmesan cheese, powdered or grated
6 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 cups marinara sauce

To serve:
Parmesan cheese, powdered or grated
Chopped parsley

⬇️ How to make Italian Chicken Lasagna ⬇️
0:07 Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
0:10 In a skillet, saute the chicken in oil and drain off excess fat. Add salt & pepper & adjust taste accordingly. Set aside.
0:31 In a medium-sized bowl, combine egg, mascarpone & parmesan cheeses, and the cooked meat. Fold until evenly incorporated.
0:56 In a 13-inch baking dish, layer, in order, half the noodles, half the meat, half the mozzarella, and half the marinara sauce. Repeat layers.
1:33 Bake uncovered at 375 degrees F heat in the oven for 40 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
1:38 Let your lasagna sit for 10 minutes before serving.
1:43 Sprinkle roughly 1 tsp additional parmesan cheese & ½ tsp chopped parsley on your lasagna to your liking before digging in. Buon appetito!
