We wanted to try one of the restaurants that you can find at Eataly, and today we chose Cucina del Mercato – kitchen of the market:
Cucina del Mercato is the counter-to-table concept. The menu is comprised of ingredients from the fresh counters, and is the perfect place to experience their ethos of ‘we cook what we sell and we sell what we cook’.
