This video is about slow cooking .. last week I uploaded a video on risotto Milanese .. but what’s Milanese without Osso Bucco on a weekend I like to prepare something rich and satisfying. this weekend I had a few friends come over so I made them Osso Bucco and some risotto Milanese *Linked below*
It’s one of the most simple Italian recipes but the end result is something amazing.
Ossobuco or osso buco is Italian for “bone with a hole” (osso “bone”, buco “hole”), a reference to the marrow hole at the centre of the cross-cut veal shank. In the Milanese variant of the Lombard language, this dish’s name is Γ²ss bus.
