Today I made an Italian mac and cheese recipe from scratch. This should probably be one of my biggest nightmares since I happen to be lactose intolerant but it looked too delicious not to try. I was inspired by and followed the recipe of another youtuber who’s channel is called Orsara Recipes. Make sure you check out his channel for more awesome Italian recipes. This dish is super creamy and cheesy which was complimented amazingly by the parsley, red pepper, and pancetta. If you are a fan of mac and cheese be sure to give this recipe a try!
