This tricolor pasta in white sauce recipe is a quick method of making a healthy wholesome dish for your family. Any type of pasta like penne, pappardelle, fusili, elbows, farfalle and sphagetti works equally well for this recipe. Only thing is that the pasta should be cooked Al-dente and shouldn’t be cooked till they become soft. Vegetables of your choice could be used. This recipe doesn’t involve making Béchamel sauce separately. Instead, butter, all purpose flour and milk are added to the sauteed veggies and cooked on low flame till it turns fragrant, thick and the sauce coats the ladle.
