Creamy mushroom is the perfect blend of cream and mushroom with a touch of italian flavours. This side can be eaten with pastas and garlic breads. Give it a try!
Ingredients:
1 cup mushroom (chopped)
3 tbsp garlic (chopped)
1 cup spinach (chopped)
1 cup milk
1/4 cup butter
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp salt
1 tsp mixed herbs
1/2 cup grated cheese
1/2 cup maida
2 tsp schezewan chutney
Steps:
1. In a pan add, 1/4 cup butter and 3 tbsp olive oil along with 1/4 cup chopped garlic and 1 cup chopped mushroom, Mix them well.
2. Mix the mushrooms well and add 1 tsp salt.
3. Put 1 cup chopped spinach in the pan and mix well.
4. Let the spinach and mushroom leave their water, continue mixing and add 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp chilli flakes and 1 tsp mixed herbs.
5. Add 1/2 cup milk to the pan and mix.
6. Add 1/2 cup maida and cheese and mix continuously.
7. Add the remaining 1/2 cup milk and mix well.
8. You can also add 2 tbsp schezewan chutney if you want to make it more spicy.
9. Creamy Spinach and Mushroom is now ready.
