Steeve’s Spicy clams
Friday nights are date nights at home. It consists of Steeve cooking me dinner instead of the other way around. When he cooks, you know he’s in the kitchen because the music is usually blaring! It sounds more like a club in there than a kitchen but the results are always good. I guess the music really inspires! We got our hands on some very big and very fresh clams so he decided to make our own version of pasta vongole, adapted from Chrissy Teigen’s cook book and using gluten-free pasta. It is so easy, quite cheap to make and very rewarding! Hope you try it and tell me how it went!

Gluten-free linguine
1 stick unsalted butter
2 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic
1 tsp pepper flakes
1/2 cup white wine
2 k Manila clams
1/2 c parsley
