RECIPE:
saltine crackers (enough to fill your cookie sheet)
1 cup of butter
1/2 cup light brown sugar
12 oz. semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place crackers in one layer on baking sheet (use cooking spray). Melt butter and brown sugar in medium saucepan. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour butter-sugar mixture over the crackers, spread evenly. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with chocolate chips. When they start to melt, spread evenly over entire layer of crackers. Sprinkle chopped pecans on top. Refrigerate. After it has hardened a bit, remove from refrigerator and crack into pieces.
