Hello everyone,
I have been fascinated with Italy and Italian food. I thought I would try this quick, easy and delicious recipe that comes from Rome Italy. Here are the ingredients and directions, used in this video.
12 Ounces Low-Carb fettuccine (substitute: any pasta)
4 ounces Pancetta (substitute: Bacon)
2 Large eggs
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons butter
chopped parsely

Cook fettuccine according to package directions. Cook Pancetta to your liking. Whisk eggs, heavy cream, cheese in a bowl until combined. Drain fettuccine, add butter to hot pan and return fettuccine to hot pan. Be sure heat is turned off and pour cream/egg/cheese mixture over hot pasta and toss. Ready to serve.
