Today “TAVOLA KALDI” has prepared Ragù bolognese bronze-drawn spaghetti . With a few ingredients You can prepare a tasty and autumn recipe!
Ingredients:
*Pasta (durum wheat semolina): short or long 200gr
*The use of egg long pasta is preferable (fettuccine, pappardelle, tagliatelle)
Ground pork and ground beef 300~400gr.
Tomato sauce 400gr.
Carrot 1
Onion 1
Garlic 1 clove
Rosemary 1 sprig
Celery 50gr (to taste)
Chili pepper 1 piece
Extra Virgin Olive Oil 40ml
White wine 100ml
Milk 40ml
Parmigiano Reggiano cheese 35gr
Salt and pepper (to taste)
1. Chop the garlic, onion, carrot and chilli into small pieces.
2. Pour the oil in a pre-heated pan.
3. Pour the garlic, chilli, onion and sauté into the pan.
4. When the onion turns golden add the carrot and the ground meat.
5. Evenly mix, add the white wine and the tomato sauce.
6. Evenly mix, add the rosemary and the milk.
7. Close the pot whit the lid and simmer for about 10 min.
8. Remove the pan from the stove and grate the Parmigiano Reggiano cheese.
9. Evenly mix.
10. Add salt, pepper and evenly mix.
11. To cook the pasta, fill a saucepan with water and bring to the boil.
12. When the water boils add the coarse salt and pasta.
13. When pasta softens, start mixing.
14. When the pasta is cooked, drain it in a colander.
15. Pour the drain pasta into the pan and start mixing evenly.
