INGREDIENTS FOR A 22 CM DIAMETER BAKING TRAY
Chickpea flour: 80 g
Water: 240 ml
Extra virgin olive oil: 30 ml / 4 tablespoons (+ what a little to grease the baking tray)
Salt: 2.5 g (1/2 tsp)
Spring onion
Optional: pepper

Mix the chickpea flour well with the water and salt
Leave to rest for 3-4 hours
Add the olive oil and mix
Grease the baking tray
Arrange the onion cut into small pieces (including the green part) on the baking tray
Pour in the chickpea flour mixture
Bake in the oven at 230 degrees for about 20-25 min
If you like, add pepper
It tastes great when eaten hot
