Here’s another quick and recipe of mine!
Stew is a recipe that can be found in any cuisine, my version is an easy way to prepare it, using Italian ingredients. In this recipe, you can always substitute veal with pork or beef if veal is not available in your area.
When I’m in Cebu, I usually use beef but I would recommend using tenderloin, this way you can cook the meat as it is in the video.
