Alfredo is one of pasta style I like, Chicken, Shrimp, Seafood all can match with this white sauce pasta.
Shrimp & Scallop Alfredo is easy to cook and why I say it is American Style Italian Food, because if real Italian food the cheese and seasoning will not be same and might be too heavy and strong.
1 1/2 lb fettuccine
16 pcs Shrimp
8 pc scallop (optional)
1 small onion (chopped)
4 tbsp butter
2 mince garlic clove
1/2 cup white wine
1 pint (473ml) heavy whipping cream
2/3 cup parmesan cheese
1/3 tsp paprika
+ 1/2 tsp black pepper + 1 1/2 tsp salt (Seasoning shrimp & scallop)
Fresh Parsley or basil (optional)
