INGREDIENTS LIST
🌱 For 8 vegan steaks
4 L (1 gal) vegetable stock
240 g (1 cups) water
100 g (3.5 oz) tofu
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
⅔ clove garlic
¼ onion
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp sea salt
225 g (1½ cups) vital wheat gluten

🌱 Mushroom sauce for 4 steaks
4 tbsp all purpose flour
500 g (16 oz) mushrooms
4 tbsp olive oil
¾ cup white wine
1 clove garlic
salt and pepper
1 handful parsley
1 cup vegetable stock leftover from making the steaks
