Hi everybody and welcome to my kitchen! I bring you the second recipe in my series celebrating the best of italian food, we are going to be making a creamy homemade carbonara! This is one of my favourite italian recipes, as usual this is traditional with a twist.

150g Pancetta
2 egg yolks + 1 egg
1 garlic clove
100g Parmesan
50ml cream
Salt and pepper
200g fresh Tagliatelle
