Let me show you how to make my delicious CREAMY CANNOLI! #shorts
Ingredients (serves 6):
For the CREAM
-400ml milk
-the zest of 1 lemon
-30g corn flour/starch
-90g sugar
-4 egg yolks
For the CANNOLI
-1 puff pastry ready rolled sheet
-sugar

First of all, let’s make your CREAM! Add your milk and lemon zest into a saucepan and bring to a boil.

In the meanwhile, whisk egg yolks with sugar until smooth, then add corn starch and finally your boiled milk.

Pour the liquid back into the saucepan over low heat and keep stirring until thick.

It’s time to make your CANNOLI!
If you don’t have a cannoli mould, simply cover some ice cream cones with aluminium foil.

Roll out your puff pastry sheet and cut it into 12 stripes (approximately 3cm). Roll each stripe on your cannoli mould and sprinkle some sugar on top.
Place your cannoli on an oven tray previously lined with parchment paper and bake for about 20 mins (180C/360F).

Let your cannoli cool down, then carefully remove your mould and fill your cannoli with your cream!
