320 gr all-purpose flour

half a bag of baking powder (about 8 gr)
some lemon rind
some apricot jam (about 100 gr)
some powder sugar
– IL CIAMBELLONE:
2 eggs
165 gr sugar
75 gr seed oil
85 gr water
165 gr all-purpose flour
half a teaspoon of baking soda
a teaspoon of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
