RECIPE

Ingredients:

1/2 lb pitted olives*
2 anchovy fillets
1 large garlic clove, minced
2 Tablespoons capers
3 fresh basil leaves
1 Tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

* you can use any kind of Italian olives you’d like, or Kalamata olives

Directions:

Place all ingredients in bowl of food processor. Pulse to combine, scraping the sides as you go, until the mixture resembles a coarse paste. Plate and serve.
