8 oz. almond paste
1 c.butter softened
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. Flour
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 tsp Almond extract
Apricot Or Strawberry Jam
Bake at 350° in 13” x 9” pan for 10-15 min
Ganache:
1 cup semisweet choc.
2 tbsp heavy cream
Heat in microwave in 30 sec. intervals until Chocolate is melted then whisk
