Today “TAVOLA KALDI” has prepared Genoese basil pesto bronze-drawn spaghetti. With a few ingredients You can prepare a tasty and healty recipe!
Ingredients:
Pasta (durum wheat semolina): short or long 200gr
Young leaves of basil 50gr
Extra Virgin Olive Oil 50ml
Parmigiano Reggiano cheese 35gr.
Pine nuts 8gr
Garlic 1 clove
Salt (to taste)
*30 min. before the start of the preparation, place the mixer blades in the freezer. In this way the bright green color of the leaves is preserved.
1. Peel a clove of garlic and cut it into four pieces.
2. In a pan heat the pine nuts for about 3 min. until you see their surface become oily.
3. Put garlic, pine nuts and basil in the mixer.
4. Add the Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
5. Close the mixer and start blending.
6. Turn off the mixer when the mixture becomes creamy.
7. Boil the water in a pot for pasta, add salt and pasta.
8. Start mixing pasta when it becomes soft.
9. Turn off the heat and pour the content of the pot into the colander.
10. Pour the in a bowl, add salt (to taste) and grate the Parmigiano Reggiano cheese.
11. Add the pasta in the bowl which contains the basil creamy sauce.
12. Mix the pasta with the basil creamy sauce and pour into the dish.
