This time, we’re again bringing to you a drool inducing recipe all the way from Italy. All though a classic, it won’t fail at drawing everyone’s appetite and attention all to the dining table. Brought to you with a hint of Indian flavour, feel free to further add any veggie of your choice such as mushrooms. You can also elevate things up a little bit by adding more butter, cheese, paneer or whatever calls to your mood. Enjoy!

Ingredients Required:
● Mustard Oil (सरसो तेल) 2 tbsp
● Butter (मक्खन) 1 tbsp
● Cumin Seeds (जीरा) 1/2 tsp
● 2 large Onions (2 बड़े प्याज़)
● Ginger Garlic Paste (अदरक लहस्यं का पेस्ट) 1 and a half tsp.
● Green Chilli (हरि मिर्च) 1 tsp
● Tomato Paste (टमाटर का पेस्ट) 1 cup
● Salt (नमक) 1 tsp
● Red Chilli Powder (लाल मिरची पॉवडर) half tsp
● Turmeric(हल्दी) half tsp
● Coriander Powder (धनिया पाउडर) 1 tsp
● Cumin Powder (जीरा पॉवडर) half tsp
● Boiled Corn (बॉयल्ड कॉर्न) 250 g
● Clotted Cream (मलाई) 3 tbsp
● Milk (दूध) 1 tbsp
● Dried Fenugreek Leaves (कसूरी मेथी) half tsp
