Homemade Italian Crema Gelato Recipe:
Ingredients:
4 yolks
125g sugar
250l whole milk
250l cream
a tip of a teaspoon vanilla extract
White chocolate hearts to decorate (optional)
Beat the egg yolks with the sugar with a hand whisk until they are clear and puffy. Brings the milk and cream almost to a boil and pour them flush with the egg cream, stirring constantly.
Put the mixture on low heat and stir for a few minutes. Pass the mixture through a sieve, stir one last time, and put everything in the basket of the ice cream maker for 40 minutes.
Serve with white chocolate hearts to taste.
