Summertime is here and so is our Caprese sandwich! Toasted ciabatta bread with layers of fresh mozzarella, basil, tomatoes, and our secret ingredient, roasted red peppers! This mouthwatering sandwich is fresh and delicious and perfect for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients:
Fresh Tomatoes
Fresh mozzarella
Fresh Basil
Roasted Red Peppers
Ciabatta Bread
Olive Oil
Oregano
Black pepper
Salt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 and toast ciabatta bread for 15 minutes, or until light golden brown on edges.
Drain roasted red peppers in a bowl and season with oregano, black pepper, and olive oil.
Assemble your panini: roasted red peppers, fresh mozzarella, fresh tomatoes, fresh basil, oregano, salt, drizzle of olive oil. Cut and serve.
Pro tip: You can substitute the fresh mozzarella for smoked mozzarella. Additions of a balsamic vinegar glaze & pesto are nice touches, too!
