Hey Foodies!!! Today I bring you something special. As its not possible to go out pandemic, how about getting a taste of fine dining from a classic Italian restaurant. Cheesy and creamy pasta, served with juicy chicken, perfect to satisfy your mind and soul. Hope you enjoy the recipe. Also, food tastes better when shared with loved ones.

Ingredients:-

For Pan-Fried Chicken:-
Boneless chicken – 2pcs ( बोनलेस चिकन )
Pepper powder – 1tsp ( काली मिर्च पाउडर )
Salt to taste ( नमक स्वादअनुसार )

For Pasta:-
Pasta – 1.5cup ( पास्ता )
Butter – 2.5tbsp ( मक्खन )
Oil -1tsp ( तेल )
Onions – 1/4cup ( प्याज )
Fresh red chillies – 3-4 ( ताजी लाल मिर्च )
Garlic – 1tsp ( लहसुन )
Red bell pepper – 1/2cup ( लाल शिमला मिर्च )
Yellow bell pepper – 1/2cup ( पीली शिमला मिर्च )
Green capsicum – 1/2cup ( हरी शिमला मिर्च )
Salt to taste ( नमक स्वादअनुसार )
Pepper powder – 1tsp ( काली मिर्च पाउडर )
Chicken stock – 3/4cup ( चिकन स्टॉक )
Cheese spread – 2tbsp ( चीज़ स्प्रेड )
Cheese cubes – 2 (चीज़ क्यूब्स )
Parsley – 2tbsp ( अजमोद )
Mixed herbs – 1tsp ( मिक्स्ड हर्ब्स )

Tips
★Marinate the chicken for at least 15min to enhance the flavors. Cook on low flame till fully cooked & then cook on high flame to give nice crispy layer on the outside.
★Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes & cut only before serving so that the chicken doesn’t get cold & dry.
★Cook the pasta till al dente ( cooked through but firm) coz if overcooked it will start to break.
★Can use any stock or broth you have. If not, add any stock powder with water.
★Use double cream ( heavy cream ) or fresh malai available at your home if you don’t have fresh cream.
