Ingredients:
.Water- 50-100ml
.salt- 2 tablespoon
.sugar- three tablespoon
.flour- five cups
.garlic- five pieces
.onion- two
.olive oil- extra virgin two tablespoon
.yeast- 2tps
.mushrooms- few
.olives- few for toping
.bread- spreader
.butter- 2 patty
Preparation:
-Put 5 tomatoes in boiling water for 1 minute then take out to remove skin.
-Blend the tomatoes and make a paste in a separate pan.
-Now chop onions, garlic, green chili and veg leaves.
-Heat 2tablespoon (tps) Extra virgin olive oil in and pan and add butter patty and melt it.
-Now putt all the chopped ingredients in fry pan and also tomato paste.
-Now mix it with a wooden spoon and put salt as per taste and black pepper and fresh yeast.
-Now stir it and put other ingredients like tomatoes ketchup and dry yeast in it.
-Take the base paste out of pan and store it in a pan for 15 minutes for getting it cool.
-Now take a bowl and put 4 cup all-purpose flour, baking powder, half cup water and salt.
– Now put 1tps olive oil and sugar 2 tps and scramble it in a scrambling machine.
-Put a fist of flour over ceramic worktop basin of kitchen and make a babla or perra
-Now spread it over worktop and make a pizza bread with wooden roller
-Start dropping mozzarella cheese, butter, pre-cooked beef/chicken pieces.
-Now put olives, extra toppings and vegetable with sauce.
-Put the pizza in oven for 15 minutes at 220 Degree Celsius.
-Check after regular interval and take a pizza out and put after cook salts and tasty toppings
-Cut pizza into pieces by rotatory cutter.
-Pizza is ready to serve. Don’t forget to give some pieces to poor’s.
